triggers. This will help you to stay calm and keep your joy even in the most
challenging of daily circumstances.

gratitude for the things we have even as we seek for more. Be thankful for the
things we take for granted, like being able to come back from work safely or
being able to go to the park and play. Gratitude for even our most routine
daily activities helps us generate a positive attitude and energy for the day.
